Once we receive a purchase order, it will be processed in our manufacturing system and if it's in our stock items it will be shipped to you within three (3) business days in Saudi Arabia , or five (5) business days outside Saudi Arabia, if it's non stock items the manufacturing process will take up to 90 days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact your Account Manager.
Our surgical instruments are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects of material and workmanship. This guarantee is void if instruments are not maintained properly, or if they are not used for their intended surgical purpose. our surgical instruments guarantees against breakage, joint failure, and corrosions under normal use. Instruments that show expected “Fair Wear & Tear” under ordinary use are not considered to be defective. Modifying or re-tipping an instrument or failure to provide proper instrument care, including proper cleaning and maintenance, may void this warranty. Sharpening and minor tip damage is considered routine maintenance with normal use, and are not covered by warranty.
